Purchased $80 ASICS 3 months ago. I’m on my feet all day for work. These shoes are awful. No ventilation, no proper support. After 2 hours my feet are aching and burning! Even with a padded floor and rubber mats. I tried a pair of cheap Walmart shoes and those were so much better then the ASICS.

What's happened to your shoes?

I just returned a pair of gel nimbus 21 to Zappo's and marked them as damaged. Very uncomfortable shoe. I have been wearing asics for many years and have a closet full of old ones that are more comfortable than the new I purchased. Won't buy this brand again. They are no good! Cheap, cheap cheap product.

Company is unraveling at the seams - like their shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes. They charged my card. A week later, no shipping confirmation, no response to my email inquiries. Called to talk to someone and it was over 20 min to reach a human. And they were NO help at all. So I waited. They ended up cancelling the order and never telling me. When I called again to check I was told, “Oh those are out of stock and we won’t have them back in stock for a long time.” Are these people for real? They must be really struggling.

Shoe squeaks

When I walk on any surface the left shoe squeaks. It is quite annoying at the atletic club I go to. Is there anything I can do to eliminate this or do you need to replace the shoes.

Holes in Toes

Started wearing ASICS in 1996. The last three pair developed holes in the toes of both shoes in less than one month of running. Will be checking out a different brand!

Heal area tearing

I have worn ASICS GT of all kinds for many of year now. I have been very satisfied and have gotten many of miles running in my ASICS. Just in the last two years for some reason the heal area from all my GT 1000. & 2000 have been tearing and has hard plastic popping through and cutting into my heals. This has happened within a week on one week pair. I am going to give one More chance with a recently purchase of GT 2000 6 pair. If problem Continues I will be changing brands

Want my money back

I buy a running shoes ‘Assics Gel Nimbus 17 male’, when I recibe the product I realisezed that was a Female one, and an other size and an other model. I try to change it but the company ‘kissmarketonline’ doesn’t give me any soluttion. The best solution they give me was ‘try to sell it by yourself’. I invite to everyone to don’t buy anymore in this web and do it viral on internet. Pelase no one has the right to cheat the costumers!!!!

Asics shoe damaged in 2 months

Asics shoe damaged in 2 months
I but an asics running shoe on 20th Feb 2018 from their distributor, sun and sports Dubai. In a span of 2 months the ankle side of both the shoes got torn off. I used it only for treadmill and other gym machines. When I bought the shoe the sales guy had verbally promised me that for any wear and tear within 6 months, the product would be replaced. When I approached them for replacement, they refused, claiming it was not a manufaxturing defect. I am using. NIKE and Adidas for long time without any problems. Never buy Asics.

Inner lining of heel disintegrates

Okay, I have had ASICS running shoes for 30 years. I have bought 2 new pairs different styles within the past 7 months.

Terrible quality. BOTH pairs totally disintegrated in the inner lining of the heel.

Meanwhile my backup pair 5 years old still are good. ASICS have lost me.

Hi I bought the new Kyono 24 last year.Use it for walking only am a 52 year old PE teacher Rear left heel has collapsed!! Only 9 months of walking!! ASICS is not being fair to me .This is supposed to be their most premium product .Please assist or I will not recommend this shoe to any of the athletes from my school and from our athletic council

I had purchased a pair of asics shoes, about six month. The upper part from the both toes got a hole. It looks very bad. I can't throw these expensive shoes. I need refund or replacement. What I have to do ? My mobile no. 857191****. I have lost the bill/invoice. I had purchased it from Panchkula Haryana. Though I am not a road walker. I have a sitting job. But I wears sports shoes. The shoes are comfortable and fit to my feet. They are attractive too. Though I had purchased these at high prices @ 15000, now they are available only @ 5999. It is too much difference. Disorganized with Multiple Issues & No One Taking Responsibility

I called the Asics outlet in OKC to ask if they had a certain shoe in stock. They said they didn't but if I came in they could give a 10% discount because they were an outlet, and because they didn't have the exact shoe, they'd give another 10%. I repeated what they told me and said that if I could get 20% that would make it worth buying them through them. Once I got there to order them, they said they could only do 10%. So I asked the rep who I spoke to on the phone to come out. He said I misunderstood him and he couldn't offer that additional 10% discount. Ok, fine... One misunderstanding is understandable. Let's move on. I tell them I have a tournament on Friday-Sat. (it was Tuesday) and they said I would get them 2 day shipping. So I said, "So I will have them Friday, right?" they said yes. They even ran through the days of the week to make sure. Lol. So I said, if I can get the ones I want by Friday let's do it. IF NOT, I would just buy the other color they had in stock because I needed them for the tournament. Again, they said yes I would have them. Well, Friday rolls around and I get an email from Asics saying my order had been processed and I would receive them 2 days from then! I emailed back, but didn't get a response over the weekend and had to play in the tournament with shoes with a giant hold in the sole! They emailed me Monday and said that when we order online, it takes two days to process the order regardless of shipping method. I relayed this experience and what the reps at their outlet store said, and they responded with a generic email that said they'd be happy to help and then some template talking about shipping again. I responded and said that they overlooked the issue I was telling them about. They then responded again saying the shoes had arrived and that if I was unsatisfied with the shoes that I could return them at no cost. Seriously?!? I never mentioned anything about being unsatisfied with the shoes and obviously knew the shoes had arrived because I told them they arrived! Seriously, some people are so mechanical and couldn't care less about their customers. I told them it was futile to respond because it would just be another irrelevant message that didn't take accountability for any actions whatsoever. And the shoes could be great... But I don't care because the service was so bad.
