Customer service had me go through all this rigmarole to get a pair of shoes evaluated under warrantee. They promised to process claim in a matter of days then they requested: 1) send in pictures 2) send in more pictures 3) return shoes with a label 4) wait a month without a return call 5) no response to e-mails sent I finally reached them (Pauline B) by phone and she they found nothing wrong with the shoes-- and she wore them herself given she wears same size shoe.

They plan to now return them-- albeit I never had a shoe fit one foot and not the other AND I have been wearing Asics shoes for over 10 years.. without ever having a fit problem. Pauline T promised as I was sending in more picture and jumping through hoops to try to show the issues--- they would find a solution after I sent them back including likely sending me a new pair. I called left a message for the supervisor Cyros who has not returned my call.

Pauline B gave me a wrong e-mail for him-- have to call them back to get it.

Pauline B has been has been evasive and dismissive-- of the shoes being different sizes-- disavowing my experience in not being able to wear these new shoes-- because they fit her fine. Unbelievably poor customer relationship experience.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: return new get Kayono shoes that aer same size.

Asics Cons: Ascis is not standing behind product.

This is the most disrespectful company I've ever attempted to purchase from. I ordered wrestling shoes for my son paid for 2 day shipping and 3 days later nothing...i called FedEx to find out what was going on they said asics shipped an empty box.

So I call asics customer service to find out what was going on. After not being helped, laughed at, and put on eternal hold I asked to speak with a manager and was told their policy stated you can't but one will call you back in a day or two. My son has a wrestling match today and I was supposed to get shoes 3 days ago. I ended up going to a store and buying him shoes.

So once again I call asics to ask for my money back and get some more bs customer service and 8 minutes of hold.

End of story I'll get my money back in 3 to 5 business days and will NEVER order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!
