Great disappointment

I have never been so frustrated with a company. I returned a pair of shoes, they were defective. It's been at least 3 weeks, I still have no refund, not even confirmation that they received the shoes. It is impossible to get help on the phone. I am so disappointed with this company. I have been wearing Asics for years, but never had any interaction with the company until now. The shoes have more support than the company that sells them.

Suggestions for shoes that have neutral sole and good for walking

Misleading website, poor customer service policies

ASICs sold me an item they didn't actually have, then cancelled most of the order. I immediately contacted them to request that the rest of the order be cancelled as well. They left me on hold for over an hour, then refused to cancel the rest of the order AND refused to let me replace the cancelled item with a different one to make the shipping costs worth it. Every shoe from ASICs has a similar counterpart at Brooks, but so far it seems like Brooks actually cares about whether their customers are being treated well while ASICs clearly doesn't. ASICs doesn't deserve your money, and I don't plan on giving them any more of mine.

Purchased Asics in March - faulty shoe - emailed in August to inquire about a return, followed up in September, finally received a reply in October requesting photo's etc. for a refund, supplied those in October and on December 2nd, followed up again to see where they were...crickets..no response. Quite shocked for such a big brand name that there is no resolution or responses. Would never purchase from them again.

ProTracking number reflects that the box has not been received at the mail station. Trying to contact customer service but has no access from Puerto Rico. Sent an email to customer service, no response has been received. Dont know if Im going to receive package sent since November 22 through an offer of 2 days free shipping. Please provide a phone number that O can call from Puerto Rico. Thanks

Very poor/rude store manager

Your Store in Lehi, Utah, is run by a very rude staff. Last night my wife and I went in to look at shoes. When we entered the store, the first that happened was a women started screaming at us, because we didn't have masks on. I pulled out my exemption card and said can you help us? At this point the manager took over the conversation and started yelling at us. " You need a mask! I'll only help you outside" he yelled. "How can you help me outside, when the shoes are inside?" I asked. "I'll take pictures and show them to you." "How can I try them on? I have an exemption for health reasons" and I showed him my card. My wife said, "Will you help us or not?" He said. "I will NOT!!! You don't have masks on." All the while other customers were staring at me and my wife because of how loud he was. He even called security on us. There is NO law for masks. It is only a recommendation, and I showed them my exemption. AND, if I can keep 6 feet between me and the rest of the customers, I am within guidelines. Your store is a public access institution and I have a right to shop there. I demand an apology from your company, and from this store manager. It's either that or we can escalate this on the basis of discrimination. I really don't want this to happen. Your choice.

I made the mistake of purchasing Gel Kayano 26 shoes and found that they no longer have any support for overpronation issues as well as the quality is now that of a discount shoe store such as Payless. Stay far away from any and all Asics shoes! No way to contact customer service except for emails which repeatedly go unanswered! And, adding insult to injury, they do not allow honest reviews to be posted on website!

I returned an order within all the criteria this company stated. I am still waiting two weeks later for my refund. They are not taking any calls and do not return emails. I would NEVER buy from them again as there is NO customer service. I paid a lot for these shoes and would like them to stand by their word.

ASCUS4086**** I will be filing a lawsuit against Asics for holding my refund for an order that was placed on June 21, 2020 and return on August 4, 2020 because I could not get a hold of anyone who would return my emails to release my items to return, so I can get a return label. I paid to send my items back and was signed by some at the receiving location. I had a signature required. It has been over a month now and I have not received my refund. Very dissatisfied customer I will NEVER use your website again or recommend your company
