I purchased my 3rd pair of Asics running shoes today from Sportsmans warehouse canal walk, South Africa. Returned after the last pair started falling apart with the bottom rubber pads delaminating.

Canal walk service desk at sportsmans warehouse said Manufacturer can take up to 3 WEEKS to assess the shoes for damage. (the shoes were still under warranty) No immidiate credit note, no apology.

Now i purchased another pair just to wait for an answer. If they do not provide a refund or at least a credit then i will most likely be posting allot more of my negative experience..

Product or Service Mentioned: Asics Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: credit or full refund.
